After her studies in Belgium, Hajar El Otmani began and developed her career with firms specializing in the field of accounting and taxation and obtained her title of chartered accountant in 2011. She then decided to return to Morocco, close to her roots and thus joined the firm FIREC & ASSOCIES as Director of the accounting department for more than 10 years.

Passionate and invested, Hajar intervenes on all accounting and taxation issues of large Moroccan and international groups.

An expert in business law, tax law and labor legislation, she assists business leaders in solving their legal, tax and management problems. She also supports managers in setting up a budgetary system and analyzing performance.

In addition, she is involved in the diagnosis and evaluation of companies as well as in their relations with financial, tax and social organizations.
