Réda joined FIREC & ASSOCIES in 2009 and has 17 years of experience in business law and taxation, after an initial experience in Audit at Coca-Cola Enterprises and KPMG Paris. He has solid expertise in national and international taxation, particularly in tax optimization, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning.

He provides legal support to companies at every stage of their life cycle, from their creation to their liquidation, including the review of commercial contracts, restructuring and regulatory compliance. His advice and representation are aimed at a varied clientele, including SMEs, family offices and large multinational companies.
